(1) The organization structure and staffing of the single point service center will be as approved by the Government of Nepal. (2) According to sub-rule (1), the relevant body shall assign the required number of employees to perform the duties in accordance with the approved organizational structure.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the employees assigned to perform the functions of the various units of the single point service center shall work as employees of the single point service center.
(4) According to sub-rule (2), in addition to the staff assigned to work at the single point service center, in order to facilitate the service process to be delivered from the center, the Director General may also assign the staff working in the post of the department as necessary to work at the single point service center.
(5) According to sub-rules (2) and (4), the employees of different service groups assigned to the single point service center unit shall be responsible to the head of the single point service center and the head shall administer, manage, supervise and evaluate the overall work of the staff in the center.
(6) "Administrative, financial and administrative management of single point service center including regular administration work will be done by the department.
